My name is Iria.
My story began in a small village in northern Portugal.
At 17, I moved to Switzerland, without a word of German, but with a great deal of courage. Today I live between languages, cultures, and roles: as a mother, partner, and HR manager.
The first few years in Switzerland were shaped by language barriers, insecurities, and moments of doubt. But I never stopped dreaming and found my way...
Today I work in HR, combining strategy with people skills, heart, and humor. And at home? I'm a mother, partner, family manager—and usually the one with the best joke at dinner.
My book is a passion project and it is my story – honest, sometimes strange, but hopefully encouraging for everyone who finds themselves between cultures, careers and identities.

Manchmal reichen Worte nicht – dann muss man sie singen.
„Trotzdem“ ist mehr als ein Lied. Es ist mein Herz in Tönen, meine Geschichte als Klang. Der Text stammt aus meiner eigenen Feder, inspiriert von meinem Weg zwischen Kulturen, zwischen Zweifeln und Mut, zwischen Chaos und Chancen.
Ich habe das Lied mithilfe von Künstlicher Intelligenz produziert, als kreatives Experiment, das mir ermöglichte, Gefühle hörbar zu machen. Die Musik wurde mit dem Tool Suno generiert, auf Grundlage meiner Lyrics, meiner Idee und meiner Emotionen.
Es ist ein Song für alle, die sich manchmal klein fühlen – und trotzdem weitergehen.
Dieses Lied gibt es in drei Sprachen – Deutsch, Portugiesisch und sogar auf Englisch.
Jede Version erzählt dieselbe Geschichte, aber jede trägt ihren ganz eigenen Klang und ihre eigene Magie.
